Personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
Any item that is specifically tailored to your requirements, personalized, or cannot be resold due to its unique nature is considered non-refundable.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us, and we will make every effort to address the issue and find a solution for you!
To avoid disappointment, please verify whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before placing your order.
Non-personalized Items
If you are dissatisfied with your product or no longer wish to keep it, you can return it to us for a full refund, provided that:
- The item is returned within 14 days of receiving it.
- The item remains unopened, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Please notify us of your intention to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend using a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the product. Please refrain from destroying or disposing of any product, even if it is faulty, until you have consulted with us and received confirmation that such action will not affect any potential refund you may be entitled to. Please be aware that you are accountable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in any way that exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality while it is under your responsibility (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
